If you wish to return an item for an exchange you have 3-5 business days to do so. Any item you return must be in original packaging and unworn. We are not responsible for shipping. Once we receive that item an E gift card will be issued for the exchange. 

No Return Or Exchange On Sale Items, Customs, Accessories, or body suits/intimate items.

All Sales Are Final unless it qualifies for an exchange.

If your tracking number states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the shipping provider to address the issue directly with them. Da'Royal Kloset does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been marked as delivered by carrier. If your package is confirmed as delivered store credit is not given.

We are not responsible for fraudulent actions upon purchasing. If we suspect a fraudulent order it will be canceled.
